Services We Provide
Pediatrics/Adults: We are contracted with most PPO's for general pediatric care and will
see adults for minor acute medical care. We are contracted with one HMO -Physician
Associates of the Greater San Gabriel Valley as pediatric PCP. We are not a Medi-Cal
provider.
Cash charges for services:
Sick/Urgent Care - $80
Physicals - $140
Medical Consultations - $120
Injections, Vaccines, Nebulizer treatments, urine test, strep test - separate
Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT): Our cash charges for adult chronic pain
consultations are $300 for the first 1hr visit and $200 for subsequent visits 45-60 min.
Pediatric OMT prices are $250/$150 for each visit.
Concierge: I will pick up and fly out anywhere for a chronic pain consultation within the
United States. This service is intended for the busy executive who wants results. Anyone
who has "seen every kind of doctor and had all kinds of treatment" and yet still is looking for
an answer to their problems might find the service valuable. It will be worthwhile when
everything else has failed because this is detective work and medical profiling, tailored to
each individual and their history of multiple layered physical strains.
Phone Consultations: If you have been through "everything" and tried all sorts of treatment
we can do a phone consultation; 15min for $40. We arrange a time; you can send me your
information well before the appt so that I can prepare.
